Cathy's passion outside of real estate is her family, travel and photography.

I was born and raised right here inMoses Lake, and I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes inMoses Lake and Grant County for 20 years. This community is home for me, so I truly care about making sure my clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to receive several awards, includingCommunity Service, Realtor of the Year, Realtor Achievement, Century 21® Centurion, and Customer Service Awards, and I’ve also had the opportunity to serve asPresident of the Moses Lake–Othello Realtors Association. Those experiences have shaped how I do business — with honesty, professionalism, and a strong focus on people first.

When you work with me, you can expect clear communication, practical advice, and a personalized approach. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a home full of memories, or just exploring your options, I’m here to help make the process feel smooth, straightforward, and a lot less stressful.

I’d love to work with you when the time is right.
